Absolutely LOVE this place. As a vegetarian its usually easy to find something to eat at a Mexican restaurant, but that doesn’t mean it’ll be any good. But Corralejos does it RIGHT. I can’t recommend the Burrito Vegetarian enough, even for meat eaters. Absolutely delicious! Our server was nice and very quick to bring us our drinks and take our orders. And while waiting for our food, I got to enjoy the atmosphere. All of the tables and chairs are hand painted, which is quite charming! Though we didn’t need to wait long: for a Saturday night our food was brought out very quickly. And after we paid, we discovered this place has rewards, which is unique for a sit-down restaurant and much appreciated! We will definitely be coming back; this will now be a staple restaurant of mine!
